Dr. Meredith Newman, Vice Provost for Faculty & Global Affairs, will give an overview of FIU’s global successes and lead an open dialogue on how we can jointly create new educational opportunities for greater impact at a global scale. We will be joined by FIU students who completed a week of reflection, research, and creative work at Bauhaus, Dessau. They will be participating in an open dialogue on how art, design, and culture — in collaboration with higher education — can transform cities and stimulate economic development.
